Home cupping

I can advise where to purchase your own cupping set and you can do self cupping at home.  We can do this with a video call and go through the best treatment you need to do on yourself.   It can be a bit overwhelming when you are not sure where to put the cups or how long you need to leave them on for.

How does cupping work?

Cups are place onto the skin creating a space between the muscle and the skin to allow blood to flow freely to the area.  Rather like a massage and cupping is deeply relaxing.  The Cups break up stagnation and congestion caused by pain or disharmony in the body.

The Philosophy of Cupping.

“Where there’s stagnation, there will be pain. Remove the stagnation, and you remove the pain.”
