1 cup coconut milk
1 cup water
1 tbsp honey
1 tsp turmeric (powder or grated root)
Pour the coconut milk and water together and heat for 2 minutes add the raw honey and turmeric powder heat for another 2 minutes stir and pour into a glass and drink
